Founded by Andrew Parker and Bruce Bettinson, Total Flow Control was built on a shared commitment to providing high-quality flow control solutions backed by genuine engineering expertise and exceptional customer service. Following Bruce’s retirement in 2025, Andrew has continued the company’s vision as the sole owner, leading a growing team of experienced professionals dedicated to solving complex flow control challenges.

Andrew Parker — The Guru

Founder & Managing Director

Andrew founded Total Flow Control and has built the business around specialist valve knowledge, customer service and practical solutions.

With decades of experience in the valve industry, Andrew is regarded as one of the most experienced control valve specialists in NSW, if not Australia. His depth of knowledge across automatic control valves, pressure management and complex flow-control applications makes him the person we turn to when an application really starts testing us.

If there’s a difficult control valve problem, chances are Andrew has seen something like it before — and knows how to solve it.

Jake Baldwin — The Fixer

Business Development Manager

Coming from a hands-on technical background and having previously built and run his own business, Jake approaches every application with a simple mindset: there has to be a practical solution.

Rather than just looking for a product that ticks the boxes, Jake focuses on understanding the actual problem and finding a solution that is both economical and beneficial to the customer over the long term.

Whether that means repairing what’s already there, sourcing an alternative, modifying a standard product or bringing multiple suppliers together, Jake will keep looking until he finds a way forward.

Peter joined Total Flow Control straight out of school and has quickly developed into an important part of the team.

His attention to detail, technical ability and willingness to learn have seen him become our go-to for custom pilot systems, valve maintenance, assembly and workshop testing.
